Our question this week was:Can a spayed feline still nurser her kittens? Stray feline been spayed seems to still be nuring her kittens, who are also eating on their own.They are about 10 wks. old.
Janice CelmerAnswerHi – thanks for your email. I'll try to answer your question based on the information that you gave to me. If a cat was nursing her kittens, then spayed, yes, she can still nurse her kitten. If a cat is spayed, had not been nursing previously, she can not nurse the kittens.
