Our question this week was:My cat is about a year old we went away for 24 hours and when we came home she is short of breath..hiding..and won't eat or drink. We think she may have gotten into the ferret's vitamins. Could she just be sick with her tummy?
Sunny HebertAnswerHi – thanks for your email. This sounds serious. I'd recommend taking her to your local veterinarian or local veterinary emergency clinic immediately. The symptoms you mentioned, trouble breathing, not eating or drinking all sound very serious. I don't think it was the ferret's vitamins.
