What % of Food Has Been Recalled?

Is there a shortage on pet food now? What percentage of the food has been recalled?

Hi – thanks for your email. Interesting question. I had to do some digging to find this answer. According to the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), "all of the recalled products added together represent approximately 1% of commercially available pet foods. There are still many safe pet foods available."
