Can my dog get sick from drinking the pool water?

Answer

Hi – thanks for your email. The answer is yes, you dog could get sick from drinking pool water. There are a lot of chemicals in it that can be irritating to some dogs. The levels are relatively low but can cause vomiting in some dogs.
