Tip on Giving Fresh Water to Your Dog During the Summer

Water is important to dogs, especially during the hot humid conditions of summer. One way to do that is to refill the dog bowl a few times a day or more as needed. You can also consider a "Waterdog" by Contech.

A "Waterdog" is an automatic, outdoor, pet drinking fountain. It hooks on to your outdoor faucet and supplies water "on demand", automatically turning the water on or off when its sonar proximity sensor detects the pet approaches or leaving.

The fountain installs easily on any outdoor faucet and has a Y connector for connection without blocking the tap.

Locate the pet fountain where water spillage is acceptable, mulch, artificial grass, or gravel will do.
