Top Dog Breeds in Top 50 US Cities for 2006

The American Kennel Club released their registration numbers for 2006 allowing us to determine the top 10 breeds registered for last year. For the 17th year in a row, the Labrador retriever is once again America's favorite purebred dog, according to registration numbers tallied by the American Kennel Club. In the number two spot is the Yorkshire Terrier. In addition to the top registered breed, the AKC also tallied top breeds by city for 50 US cities including
