As you may know, there are several companies that offer pet insurance. I think it can be very difficult to evaluate things like insurance (car, health or whatever!). What you can do is create a spreadsheet – and call them. You can ask what they cover, premium, % reimbursement, what they offer in your state (many companies or particular policies are not available in all states), and monthly premium. I can tell you this. One company called Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI) has been around a long time. I have many clients that are very happy with them.
