Breeding amphibians is tricky business. Make sure to house your breeders properly and make sure both sexes are present. A natural photo-period must be provided to stimulate reproduction. Temperature fluctuations help stimulate breeding. Simulating the normal environmental temperature changes is challenging. After having a suitable environment, don't forget to include a suitable area for the mother to deposit her eggs.
