This poem is for my 2 year old German Sheperd Jasmine. There was a time when she was destructive, like any young dog does retaliating. Well, starting a second job again, was not in favor of what Jada wanted (Jasmine’s nickname). So, instead of the usual eggshells in the kitchen, it was tissue torn from one end of house to the other, Nintendo 64 cords torn to pieces, phone charger and TV antenna chewed. All in a 2 hour time period, and more.... to top it off, she ate about 5 to 6 Sudafed and one other time ate a weight loss supplement I didn't even know I still had in the house. Bizarre how she does it, but she was okay thankfully, so I wrote a poem describing her situation. It mattered not what I said,She still swallowed that darn Sudafed;Home again to find a clean house dirty,She made a mess in quite a hurry; If only she listened to what I had to say,I just thank God he never took her away!I love you Jasmine, even though you drive me nuts! I love you! Te amo mi negritaAudrey Christman - Union Grove, Wisconsin
