Hi – thanks for your email. You wrote that your female cat that was just spayed is now urinating all over the house. The first thing I think of is a possible urinary tract infection or some urethral irritation secondary to the spay. This can happen in some cats.
I’d recommend that you have your cat examined by your veterinarian. They may want to start antibiotics.
