Here is a tip from one of our PetPlace.com users:

I am a petsitter and occasionally have poop accidents to clean up when I visit. The best thing I've found is the human moist flushable wipes (wet toilet paper). It's strong so picks up the solid and is a good wipe for the floor and it all flushes – unlike the paper towel that won't flush. I tell clients they are especially handy to have around for puppies.

I buy the cheaper generic brands. If they dry out between uses, I add just a little water to the stack and then turn them over and use the ones from the bottom.
