Which Additional Products are Being Recalled?

Why Are These Products Being Recalled?

Sunshine Mills announced the initial recall after Louisiana’s Department of Agriculture and Forestry discovered evidence of aflatoxin contamination in a single sample. In the weeks since, they have been collaborating with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to investigate. This expanded recall follows the discovery that additional lots may have become contaminated.

Dogs who have ingested aflatoxin may experience symptoms including vomiting, diarrhea, and yellow coloration. Contact your veterinarian immediately if your dog exhibits any warning signs.

What Should I Do?

If you have purchased any potentially contaminated products, stop feeding them to your pets immediately. The FDA encourages consumers to contact Sunshine Mills for a full refund.
