When you have to communicate with someone, what do you do first? If you’re reaching out to someone nearby you might settle in for a chat. Most of us use cell phones as a primary way to communicate (usually by sending a text) or hop onto our computers for an email or Facebook message.
Some people opt for a pleasant card or letter, especially around the holidays.
My point is this: we have a lot of ways of communicating with other humans. Just think of all the different ways we have to say hello!
