Rhiannon Koehler, DVM, MPH

Dr. Rhiannon Koehler has been involved in veterinary medicine for over a decade. She earned her DVM and MPH degrees from the University of Missouri in 2019 and her BS in Animal Science in 2015. Her clinical focus is providing medical care to underprivileged animals and families through her work in shelter animal medicine, low-cost surgeries for owned pets, and wellness care for pets.

In 2022, Dr. Koehler founded Evergreen Medical Writing, LLC, a business primarily focused on improving client education in the veterinary space by developing veterinarian-written and veterinarian-reviewed content. She also writes educational content for veterinary professionals. She crosses into public health and human health through her work on biomedical grants with small businesses.

Dr. Koehler is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Association of Shelter Veterinarians (ASV), and the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA).
