How to Set Up Your PC:

1. Plug in the charger and turn on your PC.
2. Connect to the internet either through WiFi or Ethernet cable. The computer may restart automatically.
3. Sign in with your email and the temporary password provided. After a few minutes, you will be logged into your desktop.
4. Once logged in, allow 15-30 minutes for all the necessary applications to install in the background.

How to Set Up Cisco AnyConnect VPN:

1. Use the search bar at the bottom of the screen to search for Cisco AnyConnect.
2. In the empty text box, enter “sgvpn.pethealthinc.com” and press Connect.

How to Set Up GlobalProtect VPN:

1. Use the search bar at the bottom of the screen to search for GlobalProtect.
2. In the empty text box under Portal, enter “oakvpn.pethealthinc.com” and press connect.
