• Our Live Agent Recovery Specialists are available 24/7 to quickly launch the process of finding your pet via Phone, Chat or Online in your PetPlace Portal.
• DirectConnect offers personalized assistance 24/7 from our Recovery Specialists who can guarantee connection with your pet’s finder to arrange for a quick & safe reunion. You will receive customized alerts via Phone Call, Chat, Email or Text. This service has reunited members with their lost pets 41% more than non-members.
• 1-month free of Pumpkin Wellness Club. Optional add-on at checkout. You can save up to $380/year on routine vet care, including annual check-ups & vaccines, plus special partner discounts. After your free month, you’re charged $19.95/month (plus tax), with the option to cancel anytime. Look for emails highlighting club benefits. You can cancel your Pumpkin Wellness Club membership at any time in your account dashboard, or by calling the 24PetWatch by PetPlace Team at 1-866-600-2440. Opting out means you’ll miss your free month, and you won’t be able to opt-in later. Cancellations take effect immediately, and you will no longer have access to Pumpkin Wellness Club. Once cancelled, Pumpkin Wellness Club cannot be reinstated.

• Our 24PetMedAlert service protects your pet by relaying their critical medical & behavioral information to a shelter, rescue, or vet if they get lost. Manage & update ongoing medical conditions that require special treatment, including medications, allergies & behavioral issues. If your pet is found and reported to Lost Pet Recovery Specialists, and you’re unavailable, we’ll relay your pet’s critical information as needed. 1-year access is included, and you can renew after year 1 at a discounted rate.

Optional add-on at checkout. If you opt-in, you’re automatically enrolled in the Pumpkin Wellness Club, with your first month FREE. Save up to $380 per year on routine vet care and more. Plans pay for key preventive care – including Wellness Exams, Vaccinations, Preventative Bloodwork, and Fecal Tests – to help pets live their best lives. Take your dog or cat to any licensed vet in the US or Canada for eligible care. Submit your invoice and get paid fast! You will receive a separate welcome email from Pumpkin Wellness Club to activate your account and submit claims.

Club members also get access to exclusive discounts on popular pet brands like Ollie, ByteTag, and Embark. Your first month is free, and it’s only $19.95/month (plus tax) after. Look for additional 24PetWatch by PetPlace emails highlighting your club benefits. You can cancel your Pumpkin Wellness Club membership at any time in your account dashboard, or by calling 1-866-600-2440.

What is 24PetMedAlert® and how does it work?

With the Lifetime Protection Membership and Lifetime Protection Membership Plus, you receive one year of unlimited access to 24PetMedAlert. This protects your pet by relaying your pet's critical medical information to veterinary care personnel, animal shelters, or animal rescue organizations if your pet is lost. Upon registering your pet for 24PetMedAlert, your pet's critical medical information will be added to your pet's PetPlace account. If your pet is lost and you are unable to be reached, 24Petwatch by PetPlace may relay your pet's medical information (including diagnosed medical
condition(s), medications prescribed for the condition(s), allergies, and behavioral issues) to veterinary care personnel, animal shelters, or animal rescue organizations who find your pet. This information can be changed any time by submitting an updated form and email to 24PetMedAlert. Please allow five (5) business days for your profile to be updated.

24Petwatch by PetPlace will make best efforts to relay critical medical information to veterinary care personnel, animal shelter, or animal rescue organizations who find your pet. However, 24Petwatch by PetPlace is not responsible for ensuring that your pet receives treatment or paying for any treatment or related expenses incurred by the finder. You are exclusively responsible for the cost of all treatments and any other expenses incurred by the veterinary care personnel, animal shelters, or animal rescue organizations who find your pet. 24PetMedAlert, 24Petwatch by PetPlace, and any associated brands or entities (Pethealth Services Inc. and Pethealth Services (USA) Ltd.) do not guarantee your pet's treatment by a finder and shall not be responsible for any damages, costs, or losses suffered at any time by you, your pet's finder, or your pet.

I have a vet. Why would I need whiskerDocs?

Does this membership cover both cats and dogs?

Do i need this if i have an indoor cat?

Our Lost Pet Recovery Specialists receive hundreds of calls each day, and many of them are about indoor cats that managed to slip out. It's not uncommon. Outdoor cats go in and out all the time, but when indoor cats get out, they can find themselves disoriented and lost. That's why membership is critical, especially for indoor cats.

Refund policy

Full refund for cancellation of the Lifetime Protection Membership and Lifetime Protection Membership Plus is available within three (3) months of initial purchase if your pet is deceased or rehomed. You will no longer receive any of the Membership services or benefits if you discontinue your plan.

For 24PetMedAlert when purchased on its own, we can offer: (i) a 50% refund for cancellation of 24PetMedAlert services within six (6) months of initial purchase; or (ii) a full refund for cancellation of 24PetMedAlert within three (3) months of initial purchase if your pet is deceased. You will no longer receive any of 24PetMedAlert services if you discontinue your membership.
